Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher in Ewa Szczurek lab (website), where I work on new approaches to integrating multi-modal data for tumor analysis. I have also worked with the Statistical Analysis and Modeling Group (ZAMS) at the Institute of Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IPI PAN). I received my PhD in Mathematics from Warsaw University of Technology. My PhD thesis is available there. My scientific interests center on statistics and machine learning, with a particular focus on multidimensional problems and feature selection methods. Recently, I have been working on probabilistic graphical models for data integration applications. My publications are listed there and the list of conferences is available there. |
